Hi from Essex England
Hi everyone I got hold of a 76a Lucky Strike which hadn,t been on the road for over 3 years but got most of it sorted carbs.
Ended up with K & N rejetted to 114 main but running abit rich not had it dynoed yet.
Goes very well for a 400 fitted 6 pot callipiers off a ZX9 and a K7 gixer master cylinder new EBC clutcu with comp springs, micron titanium exhaust (noise tested at brands at 7K and gave 103db but still allowed on the track day.
So since I have had it done alot of work on it a gixer 600 rear shocker.
As you may have gathered I do all my own mechanics but gives me something to do as my other bike is a cbr 600 track bike with a day time MOT.
Loads of spec but was built as wet bike in 2000 for Isle of Man.
Hope to be able to share some knowledge on these little babies.
My eldest boy rode it at Brands on an open trackday FANTASTIC day if anyone gets a chance.

Re: Hi from Essex England
Hallo Tunace and welcome along.
Sounds like you've got a good handle on the 76 - it's good fun doing your own spannering isn't it?
I'm in Wales these past 23 years but I used to live the other side of the Thames to you, in Kent. Glad not to be there now though I have to say!
How about a couple of pics of the bike?
--- Gary.
