WHAHOOOT ZUKI IS FINE RUNNING ON ALL FOUR CYLINDERS ALL I NEED NOW IS THE CARBS FUEL MIX LEVELED BY A PROFESIONAL AND PUT AIR BOX BACK ON THATS ALL THE PROBLEM SOLVED !

so them ppl who said i shouldnt of got zuki i think ive proved em wrong !

quick question

since bikes ok i gonna put the air box back on but i dont want to mess with trottle cable again so i wounder if i can put the airbox back on without touchin trottle cable ?

I shouldn't have thought you would need to touch the throttle cable to put the airbox back on really.

Might be worth getting the filter foam (I assume it's a foam filter on your bike?) out for a wash and re-oil while you have the airbox off.

the airbox i have isnt on the bike at the min which the air box needs to go back on

what model is it? I have a 73a and getting the airbox back onto all four carbs can take all day! its the only job on mine I really really hate. emoticon

My sympathies are with you, I usually end up with lubricating the rubbers to the carbs then levering the air box from the rear with a long piece of wood behind the air box followed by a day trying to get the rubbers in place by hand.
