Strange running symptoms in the rain

Got to take another look at the SV as it appeats that the odd running problem wasn't dirty fuel after all, but water. I have clean fuel in the tank but the symptoms from the other day repeated themselves today and the common factor was the fact that I was riding in the rain. Front cylinder on SVs are prone to wet plug problems in the rain so I suspect this was happening today. The front wasn't cutting out completely but I think it may have been shorting and not firing with every cycle.
Into the garage over the next couple of days, off with the fairing lowers, and clean the engine off so I can see what's going on. There's a small drain hole from the front plug well which can become blocked now and then so I'll clean that out, probably change the plugs, and give the leads and plug caps a good douse with GT85.
