Keep up with the cycling, indoors or outdoors. I try to get out as often as I can - I always come back mentally refreshed and ready for the world again!nondisclosed_email@example.com (garynortheast)Thu, 18 Apr 2013 17:09:08 +0000 Re: Cyclinghttps://bgsxr400.runboard.com/p1999996,from=rss#post1999996https://bgsxr400.runboard.com/p1999996,from=rss#post1999996Fantastic views,do you live near the coast,im on the coast myself,im on a static bike in the house, had knee surgery done in december past and was advised that this will strenghten the muscles above my knee and to take some weight of too, would like to be outside but very busy at home, any way sorry for boring you all, enjoy your biking and be safe, tootler, nondisclosed_email@example.com (tootler)Thu, 18 Apr 2013 10:03:05 +0000 Re: Cyclinghttps://bgsxr400.runboard.com/p1999993,from=rss#post1999993https://bgsxr400.runboard.com/p1999993,from=rss#post1999993quote:codajastal wrote: Wheres my walking stick? Cycled with my girls and friends from Pwll Penmaen to Y Bermo and back along the Mawddach trail. Great family ride, round trip of 14 miles, but blimey! That east wind was sharp enough to take the skin off your face! The view looking West towards Y Bermo, taken from a sunny sheltered spot halfway along the trail. nondisclosed_email@example.com (garynortheast)Fri, 05 Apr 2013 20:53:23 +0000
