Aldi motorcycle kit
Aldi bike kit sale on this coming Sunday for those of you in GB.
I wouldn't personally trust the helmet or other safety kit to protect me particularly well in the event of a spill but the base layers, compression layers, and socks are excellent.
I've been wearing their stuff for years. It does the job and withstands being washed in the machine repeatedly very well. The four sets of Lidl and Aldi kit I have are now 5 years old and still in good condition.

Re: Aldi motorcycle kit
Well, I guess they have to comply with all the relevant safety standard, so in that sense I guess they'll be ok. I seem to remember reading that with cheap helmets it was more to do with the quality of the lining and the ability of the shock absorbent material inside the helmet do do the job of soaking up any impact and protecting your brain, than it was about outer shell strength.

Re: Aldi motorcycle kit
Don't know if Lidl are there on your side of the Irish sea Tootler but they had their bike kit sale a few weeks back and I noticed that the Lidl in the town 20 miles from here still has a fair amount of the stuff on it's shelves for sale.
