Whats the Criac lads?
Hey guys, things are very quiet in here lately, are ye not playing with your bikes, no problems anyone (hopefully!) or anything wild or exciting.
I've been flat out here at work - haven't had a lunchbreak in about a month. and after that have been working on the ZXR - nearly finished now. Had to replace most of the vlave shims - flockers are €13 a pop. But a least they are now sorted. Getting carbs balanced this week so it'll be time to bolt it back together and finish all the other little bits for next year.
Have ya done any more to your bike furry?
Any news on selling your bike kev?
anyone else any news????
--- Changing for a smaller one!! Will get to it someday!!

Re: Whats the Criac lads?
Lo geezer...
I been doing other odd's n sods, my gixxer4 has taken a back seat as I'm still waiting after allmost 2 mnths just for some blimmin carb gaskets!!!
On the Other hand, TL1000R I got, still need to take a piccie of when the sun it out, put a Timing Retard Eliminator on her, made a little bit of difference, also should be getting in the post a Double Bubble screen for her and other little bits...
Should be at the Bike show NEC when it's on this mnth, def need to buy a new shock for the TL, might see if any goodies there I can use on the 400 too...
In the longer term, engine on the 400 will need replacing, wish I could get more than 59bhp out of it, a rebore could take it upto 75bhp, but even that I think is gonna feel too slow compaired to the TL, biggest problem with the gsxr400 is the frame so narrow I dont think a bigger engine would fit in there purely cos of the cylinder head size, it's a tight squeese as it is
Anyway I donno plenty of ideas to float around whilst I'm back at Uni, got the TL purely cos I couldn't see the 400 lasting much longer in it's current state, hopefully now it's off the road, I can do lots of nice things to her, the handling/performance of her is amazing, just need to sort out the engine side of things and get some more bhp in there
